There are so many factors to take in consideration: the number of guests, location, parking etc. At DanceSport Club our job is to make venue selection an effortless process. DanceSport club offers many amenities that make it the perfect place to hold your reception and/or ceremony.

Great Houston location. DanceSport Club is conveniently located in Southwest Houston near intersection of US 59 and Beltway 8. This provides easy access for your guests from different parts of town such as Sugarland and Pearland. Nobody is going to get lost wandering the streets looking for us. Pull into our parking lot right off the feeder road!

We have tables, chairs, tablecloths and chair covers available to renters at no extra charge. You are also welcome to decorate space to your likilng. Renters can use catering service of their choice. Alcohol is allowed, however, security is required in those cases.

Possible Venue Rental Hours :

Friday-Sunday 10am-12 (Midnight). After hours rental available upon request. Additional fees may apply.

Ballroom A

Ballrooms A or B are perfect for slightly bigger events of up to 75 guests. This nice and spacious ballroom already has tables and chairs with tablecloths and chair covers that can seat up to 75 guests. Dimmable lighting and holiday lights around perimeter can add mood to your event in the evening. If rented as-is there is no additional set-up charges. However, if you prefer tables and chairs rearranged for your event, we can do it. Special set up fee $200 (if applicable).

Grand Ballroom

Grand Ballroom is your choice for well-attended events such as weddings and receptions. The whole ballroom can accomodate up to 150 guests. This nice and spacious ballroom is already equipped with tables and chairs with tablecloths and chair covers. You are welcome to decorate tables and chairs with your own table cloths and chair covers. Dimmable lighting and holiday lights around perimeter can add mood to your event in the evening. If rented as-is there is no additional set-up charges. However, if you prefer tables and chairs rearranged for your event, we can do it. Rental rate $500/hour. Special set up fee $500 (if applicable).
