Spacious Clean Bathrooms
Our facility has large bathrooms that are sufficient to accomodate large groups. We have professional crew that regularly cleans facility, including bathrooms.

Permanent Floating Hardwood Dance Floor
Our dance floor is made of premium maple wood and constructed to be shock-absorbent. Not tired feet after hours of dancing.

Tables, Chairs, Table covers and Chair covers included
We provide tables, chairs and covers at no additional charge. You are welcome to use your own if you prefer.

Venue Clean Up
You can leave venue as-is after party and we can clean it up for a nominal fee. If you choose self-clean-up there is no additional charge.

|
Onsite Manager
During your event there will always be staff member on duty to address any problems or concerns.

|
Kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave
Renters are welcome to use kitchenette area for your food items. Catering can be located here too. Existing tables can be rearranged.

Parking and rear entrance
We have plenty of parking on-site. There is same number of parking spots in front of building and in the back. Both sides are well-lit. There is also an entrance door from the back parking lot so that your guest do not have to walk all the way around the building.

Audio equipment
We already have state-of-the-art sound system installed. renters are welcome to use it at no additional cost. We also have wireless microphone available for your event MC.
